Ive got a soft spot for really cheesy 1980s ballads by Pat Benatar and Foreigner. When I’m having my make-up put on at 6am and I need to be warmed up gently, it’s always Ella Fitzgerald or Nina Simone.

Unfortunately Natalie did not make the shortlist for Best Supporting Actress in the Emmy’s. I am beyond annoyed at this, as I guess most of you will be. Natalie was outstanding in this season and definitely deserved at the very least a nomination. JRM, James Frain and Henry Cavil also missed out on being nominated.
In total The Tudors received just one nomination for Best Drama Series. It seems the Emmy’s have chosen to go for popularity over talent once again.

The day has finally come! But before I get too excited let me say that this is not confirmed by the director or the actors agents. However The Hollywood Reporter is claiming that Natalie has been cast is a new film called “Fencewalker” which will be directed by none other than Chris Carter (The X Files fan in me is screaming).
Neither Carter’s reps at ICM nor the actors’ reps would confirm that the film is shooting, but the story is essentially a coming-of-age semiautobiographical character piece with no supernatural elements.
Carter wrote the script for what is thought to be his passion project some time ago and raised the financing himself. The film has a modest budget and no distributor at this point.
